Delta Controls Hosts 2022 Regional Conference for Canadian Partners
Delta Controls was pleased to host another Canadian Regional Conference this spring to connect both personally and professionally with its Canadian Partner network. It took place in mid-April over the course of two days in historic Quebec City, QC at the stunning landmark hotel, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac and featured an audience of approximately one hundred Delta Controls Partners from Canada.
The event was received as an outstanding success from both attendees and Delta Controls staff alike and was seen as long overdue considering the unprecedented global challenges that had substantially negative effects on travel and even basic human interaction over the past two years. The opportunity to connect exclusively with the Canadian Partner network in as remarkable a setting as Quebec City, allowed Delta Controls to not only reinforce and strengthen relationships with these organizations, many amongst them being close long-term associates and friends, but it also led to invaluable discussions for future prospective business that will no doubt pay dividends in the years ahead.
Attendees enjoyed a suite of presentations delivered by our experts on Cybersecurity, Access Control, Red5, The O3 family, and other exciting company innovations. A special thank you to Delta Controls’ Conference Host, James Ferdon – Regional Sales Manager for Canada, Gamal Mustapha – Director of Product Management, Zach Stevens and Andy Beaveridge – Product Managers, and Jayson Bursill – Data Scientist. The conference also featured additional content from a few of the Partners themselves including Andre and Michel Harel of Regulvar Inc.and Tim Wilder of Building Automation Products Inc. (BAPI). Other Partner attendees included ESC Automation and Taugher Controls, whom along with Regulvar were especially recognized and honored with awards for outstanding sales achievements over the past year.
A recent survey following the event captured some noteworthy comments from attendees:
“Networking with peers has invigorated me to grow my business to the next level.”
– Viridian Automation Attendee
“Andy Beaveridge’s palpable excitement for the Red5 product is what left me with the most significant lasting impression from the event.”
– Controls Equipment Attendee
“This had a ‘we are full of surprises’ kind of feel, which I like.”
– ESC Automation Attendee
In conclusion, perhaps John Nichols, President of Delta Controls summarizes it best, “Growing a Delta Controls Partner channel isn’t just about our products and the service we offer, but about making our customers feel connected to us and each other. Delta Controls Partners often state they feel they are part of a family. Events such as the Canadian Conference help us achieve loyalty, through good times and bad times, amongst our customers, and the launch of new cool products helps create product evangelists in the market. Our conferences have to find the right blend of presentation and networking, striking a balance of a slick professional show, yet informal discussion and Q&A. It’s why we have customers who have been a major part of our success for 35 years.”
