Delta Controls is looking for a solutions-focused, technical savvy and team-oriented individual to join our team of Delta Systems Specialists. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will become part of a dynamic technical team that provides product support and services to Delta’s worldwide network of distributors as well as providing solutions for challenging control applications.
The primary tasks of our Technical Support team involves troubleshooting customer issues related to our enterprise building automation software and control system networking. Experience working and troubleshooting SQL database systems, web services and IP networking is an asset. You will be involved in providing support, via Chat, web forms, email, and telephone as well as onsite support when required.
