As a follow-up to the workshop at the Global Partner Conference in May, this two-day workshop will go deeper into the tools and techniques for recruiting people for your team and then once acquired, getting them productive fast.
Some of the topics that we will be diving deeply into include ways to advertise and sell your organization and the opportunities that someone can enjoy by joining the team, today’s interviewing techniques, and how to engage your entire team in on-going recruiting.
We will explore how to use the DCBI On-Boarding tool called “Welcome Aboard!”. This tool will provide you with a step-by-step process to bring someone onto your team so that they can quickly become effective.
